1. General Behaviour & Respect

• Respect the trainer and other participants at all times.

• Disruptive, rude, or aggressive behaviour will not be tolerated.

• Royal Studio reserves the right to terminate your training without a refund if your behaviour breaches these rules.

2. Food & Snacks

• Light snacks and refreshments may be provided during the training.

• We are not responsible for any allergic reactions – please check ingredients before consumption.

• You may bring your own snacks; however, please avoid strongly smelling food (e.g. strong curries, oily fast food) as it can be unpleasant for others.

• No food or drinks at the training tables (except bottled water).

3. Allergies & Medical Conditions

• Inform us before your training if you have any allergies, epilepsy, asthma, or any other medical condition that could require urgent assistance.

• If your condition requires emergency medication/equipment (e.g. asthma inhaler, EpiPen), you must bring it with you and keep it accessible during the training.

4. Personal Hygiene

• Wash or sanitise hands before and after each practice.

• Long hair must be tied back.

• Cover any cuts/wounds with a plaster.

• Royal Studio follows strict hygiene standards, including autoclave sterilisation.

5. Tools & Personal Items

• All tools required for the training are provided.

• You may bring your own brushes or tools if you wish, but you are fully responsible for them.

• Royal Studio is not liable for any damage, loss, or theft of personal items, including jewellery, electronics, or other belongings.

6. Safety & Emergencies

• In case of fire alarm or emergency, calmly follow the trainer’s instructions and leave the building through the marked emergency exit.

• Our premises have one main emergency exit due to the size of the salon (16m²).

7. Children & Accessibility

• Due to health and safety regulations, children are not permitted at the training.

• If you have specific accessibility needs, please inform us in advance.

8. Termination of Training

• Royal Studio reserves the right to terminate the training of any participant whose behaviour is disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate.

• In such cases, no refund will be issued.
